[TXHUG] Risk Assessment Tool and HAZUS-MH MR1

Does anyone know if the Risk Assessment Tool currently available for
download on the FEMA website is compatible with HAZUS-MH MR1?  Installing
the RAT with this latest HAZUS release produces registration conflicts on my
machine. I'm not sure if my use of XP SP2 has anything to do with it. But so
far everything seems to work well (up to a level 2 flood model) until I
install the RAT when everything goes to pot and I can't even open HAZUS
without a failed registration error message. I am new to this forum so my
apologies if this question has been answered before.
