[TXHUG] Risk Assessment Tool and HAZUS-MH MR1

The RAT was not updated for MR-1.  Only the Building Inventory Tool 
(BIT), the Inventory Collection Survey Tool (InCAST), and the Flood 
Information Tool (FIT) were updated. From a questionnaire some of us 
recently completed for FEMA HQ, it appears that FEMA is currently 
evaluating updating the RAT.

Are you aware there is a patch for MR-1 that addresses at least some of 
the issues with Windows XP SP2?  See:
