[TXHUG] Info on Texas Floodplain Management Association Conference

[This is in follow up to yesterday's Steering Committee discussion, in 
connection with looking for a statewide event in the Fall as a possible 
alternative time for an Annual Meeting.]

The TFMA will be having a Fall Conference.  According to their current 
newsletter, this is only tentatively planned at the moment.  The 
location WILL be Austin, which is good for us, and the timeframe is late 
October or early December.  Contact info is also provided in the 
newsletter, and I plan to follow up with them next week.  They have over 
800 members, and I think this is an excellent outreach opportunity as 
well to this community.
