[TXHUG] Updated TXHUG Website

We have created a TXHUG Library page which can be accessed from the menu 
at http://www.hazus.org/TXHUG or directly at 
http://www.hazus.org/TXHUG/TXHUG_Library.htm .  This is intended to 
serve as a repository for various TXHUG/HAZUS-MH related documents and 
files.

At the moment it includes links to PowerPoint presentations from a 
meeting that was held in Austin this past December.  The information 
included is still relevant both as an introduction to HAZUS-MH, the 
Texas Hazard Mitigation Package (THMP) project, and other geospatial 
data sources.  Please note that some of the files are fairly large and 
may take awhile to download depending on your connection speed.

There is also one Outreach Subcommittee (telecon) Meeting summary 
posted.  We have not been preparing summaries in the past, but we hope 
to do so in the future.  We have been discussing the possibility of some 
type of online virtual TXHUG event in this subcommittee, and if you have 
any suggestions for topic of interest that could be addressed in a 
limited manner, due to the anticipated technical constraints, we would 
be interested in hearing your ideas.
